Application:

Rotary suspension type cleaning machine is one of trash removal equipment applied in the works of power station, urban sewage treatment, urban water supply, water diversion from channels and rainwater pump station, etc. The cleanin g machine is mainly used to intercept the household wastes including algae organisms, tree branches, leaves, plastic products, foams and bottles, etc. that float on water. The cleaning machine is designed in modular structure and can be directly applied on channel plate brakes (and can be connected in assembly with buoyant boxes if watercourses are wider).

Composition:

The rotary suspension type cleaning machine is mainly composed of trash rack, rotary spindle, slag scraper, platform, conveyor system, hydraulic system, electric control system and protection system, etc.

Operating principle:

Operation of the rotary suspension type cleaning machine is under automatic control of intelligent program. During operation of the cleaning machine, the cross trash rack rotates clockwise by 90°（parallel to the flow direction）under drive of the hydraulic motor, and the underwater trash rack intercepts the trash. When the trash accumulates to a certain degree, the cross trash rack rotates 90° again, and the slag scraper scraps the trash on the trash rack into the conveyor system, which then conveys the trash to the designated trash collecting point. The above operation is executed circularly till the trash on water is cleaned up.
